Based in San Francisco, Kanoa has had several solo and group exhibitions in California, New York, Hawaii, Japan, Australia and Paris. His photos are featured in the books Slow is Fast with Dan Malloy and Oaxaca and Surfboards Hawaii with Jeff Canham.
